All prices are given in Euro and are applied per person per night in a double room including breakfast buffet, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.

From 1 January 2014 a local tourism tax was introduced in the South Tyrol (also known as the 'Gemeindeaufenthaltsabgabe', LG No. 9 dated 16.05.2012). The income from the tax is used for the development and maintenance of local infrastructure and services, and for the organisation of cultural and sporting events. The local tourism tax is € 3.00 per person (from 14 years) per day.

Rooms are available for check in from 2pm. We request that you vacate your room by 10am on the day of your departure.

Dogs are permitted on request in advance: With a supplement of € 5 - 15 per day.

We are a non-smoking establishment. Please smoke on the balcony or outside.

In order to secure your binding reservation, we request a bank transfer. The deposit is not refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of delayed arrival or early departure the full booking fee will be charged.
